What is the shop refund policy?

We accept unopened returns for all clothing items. Gift cards are non refundable.

What is your payment policy?

You will be charged when you purchase the subscription and your recurring fees will be charged one week after you receive the box you already paid for.

Boxes are non refundable or returnable, however if an item in your box is broken we will be happy to replace with item or like item.



What is the deadline to subscribe to the next box?

4 weeks before the subscription month is when we stop taking orders.
For example: The last day to order the December box is October 31st. See Chart below

Do you have a size chart?

P.S. I love you curates it’s boxes from a variety of different brands and will use the size chart as a guide. However, different brands will fit slightly different. P.S. I love you will use “dynamic sizing” so items will be sized by the bust, waist, and hip guidelines regardless of tag size (ex a 2xl may fit in our 1x guidelines)

What is the P.S. I love you box?

P.S. I love you box stands for Plus Size I love you box. The P.S. I love you box is a curated subscription box service that delivers a set of items that speak to the unique needs of plus size women.

What is included in my subscription?

Each P.S. I love you box will contain

  • a plus size clothing item,
  • a beauty item,
  • a health item and
  • 2 surprises that fit with that month’s box theme.
When will I know what’s in each box?

We want our boxes to be a surprise so while we may decide to let you in on the theme we will not be letting subscribers know what is in the upcoming boxes.

Can I customize my box?

P.S. I love you strives to curate a fun themed box so unfortunately we are unable to customize beyond size at this time. However, if you like something in our boxes we will try to either make them available in our shop or provide you to links on where to buy.

Where do you ship?

We currently offer our subscription to the Continental U.S.. We do not ship internationally or to Hawaii at this time.

The Continental United States is the area of the United States of America comprising the 48 states that are south of Canada and north of Mexico (known as the “lower 48 states”) and the state of Alaska.

Will my boxes arrive at the same time every two months?

Boxes will go out the 1st week of the subscription month so dates you receive the subscription will vary.

Do I pay extra for sales tax?

Yes, sales tax will be added where applicable, to residents of California, Georgia, Illinois, New York, Michigan and the District of Columbia.

How do I contact customer service?

Customers who cancel before Dec 1, 2015 (when the first boxes are being prepared to ship) will get a full refund.

After that, the cancellation will be effective at the end of the term you paid for. We will not bill you any more going forward but you will receive all of the boxes you paid for.

When will I be charged for my monthly recurring membership?

You will be charged when you purchase the subscription and your recurring fees will be charged one week after you receive the box you already paid for. For example, you purchase a box in October for December delivery. When your box is delivered in December you will be charged for February’s box the week after you received December’s box.If you have any questions please fill out the contact form.

Can I buy just one box?

No, sorry, you cannot purchase just one box. But you can select the bi-monthly “pay as you go” plan and can cancel at any time before the last day of the month prior to a subscription box delivery month. If you cancel withing the subscription box month your subscription will be cancelled for the next box.

If I move and my box isn’t forwarded, do I get a refund?

No, we cannot issue refunds. If you move, please contact customer service and inform us of your new address before the subscription box month. We are not responsible for missing boxes due to not being updated on current address and you will not receive a refund.

Can I skip a month?

Not at this time.

Can I purchase a gift subscription?

We plan to offer gift subscriptions but do not at this time.
